Used Ficep Excalibur 1201 DE (2017) Beam/Drill Line for Sale. This CNC drill line handles a beam section volume of 47″ x 47″ with a section length of 60″ and a maximum beam size of 47″. Drilling diameter is 1-9/16″, with 25 HP per head from an AC infinitely variable drive motor and spindle speeds to 5,000 RPM. Positioning speeds are 115 FPM on the X axis and 470 IPM on the Y axis, and the two vises provide 10 tons of total clamping pressure. Equipped with a non-contact web probe system, servo-driven electric ball screw spindle feed, automatic vertical clamp position adjustment, a Windows PC CNC control, and table included.
