Used Tsugami B038T (2014) CNC Swiss Lathe for Sale. This 9-axis machine runs a 3-Path Fanuc 31i-B control with 1.5″ bar capacity and a maximum machining length of 250mm. The main spindle turns 200 to 5,000 RPM with full C-axis and a 7.5 kW continuous / 11 kW 30-minute rated motor, while the back spindle runs 200 to 7,000 RPM on a 3.7 kW continuous / 5.5 kW motor. Live tooling runs 200 to 8,000 RPM, with an 8-station indexing turret, tool magazine capacity up to 45 tools, and Y-axis on the turret, front gang slide and back post. Rapid traverse is 24m/min; approximate weight 6,500 kg. Includes Patriot Edge 12′ bar feed, LNS Turbo chip conveyor, MP high pressure coolant, Tri Mist 850 mist collector, parts conveyor and tooling.
