2005 Uteco Horizon 130

Used Uteco Horizon 130 (2005) Other Equipment for Sale. This single pass laminator runs a mechanical speed of 1000 feet per minute with a 52″ web width, 3″ shafts and 6″ core adapters. It is equipped with dual turrets at the unwind and both rewinds, flying splice on all turrets, unwind 1000mm OD rolls and rewind 800mm OD rolls. Two Enercon treaters are fitted, one at the unwind and one at the rewind. Includes a brand new doctor blade chamber, spare safety chucks and a spare anilox, with water and solvent based capabilities. The PLC, web guides and control panel were upgraded in 2022. Currently running PET, BOPP, CPP, ALU foil, LLDPE, papers and a variety of substrates. Can be seen under power for an inspection.
