Used Timesavers 3121-13-04 (2004) Other Equipment for Sale. This wet grinding and deburring machine has a 36” working width and handles material thickness from 0 to 8” on the pass line. It uses a 37” x 60” belt with feed belt speeds of 15 – 45 F.P.M. Two heads are fitted, drum and brush, each 6” in diameter, driven by a 20 HP drum motor and a 15 HP brush motor. Also included are a 5 HP knife dryer motor, 2 HP conveyor motor, 1 HP coolant belt motor and ¼ HP coolant motor. Equipped with a built in coolant system with paper filtration, wet base style double infeed and outfeed hold-down rolls, air knife dryer and conveyor belt tracking.
