Used PTI Strand Die Pelletizing Line (1992) Extruder for Sale. This vented extruder runs a 32:1 L/D ratio with 125 RPM screw speed, driven by a 200 HP Emerson DC motor through an Emerson Quantum II DC drive, with a PTI control panel and six barrel zones, three screen changer zones and three die zones. Approximate dimensions are 50″ L x 42″ W x 72″ H, with approximate output of 800 to 1200 PPH running PP and PE materials. The line includes a right angle strand die, Tec Polymer air knife, 14′ Tec Polymer water bath (14′ long x 24″ wide x 12″), MGB Engineering 28″ classifier separating fines, overs and right sized pellets, and a Cumberland Model 6 pelletizer with 8 knife deep.
